Memories in the Making

Love, respect, and a sense of self worth.
We all need them.  Originally designed for
Alzheimer patients and other people
suffering from various forms of dementia,
Memories in the Making is a program
that allows people to express themselves
through the medium of painting. Some of
the artists have no form of dementia and
are in the program for pure enjoyment!

Here in Evergreen, the Alzheimer
Association sponsored class is
held both at the Yellow House with
the Daybreak clients and with some
residents at the Life Care Center of
Evergreen.

The classes are filled with memories,
joy, love, and laughter!
